Deborah and Alan Slobodnik, founders of Options for Change LLC in 1980, are executive coaches with a reputation and proven track record for developing leaders at the C-suite, Director and professional services Partner levels. We are experts in growing leadership skills and confidence, building teams locally and globally, and managing the challenges of constant change. What distinguishes us as coaches is our ability to engage and build trust with our clients from the most skeptical to the most eager (as pioneers in the virtual world, we are as skilled working virtually as we are in person.) From there, we provide feedback that clients can hear and make their own. We offer models, tools, strategies and interventions that are customized to each individual engagement.
